I’m Nicky, your local Slimming World Consultant, cheerleader, and proud target member! 💪

Over 17 years ago, I walked into my first Slimming World group feeling nervous but desperate and hopeful. Fast forward to today: I’ve lost 3st, I continue to go to group as a member myself and now I get to help others do the same, every single week. For nearly 13 years, I’ve been supporting amazing members to change their lives, one habit at a time.

It’s not just about the food (although hello the freedom with Food Optimising, nothing is off limits!). It’s about the whole you:

Whether you want to lose a little or a lot, we’re here for you. Whether you have made a start on weight loss drugs, we’re here for you. We are here to help everyone build healthy habits.

My groups are a safe, friendly space where we celebrate every win on and off the scales. Life doesn’t stop when you lose weight, it just gets better. I still enjoy holidays, meals out, and time with my loved ones. You can too!

Yesterday in group the most amazing thing happened. I was privileged to hand a target award to this wonderful lady Dreen….. 9 stone 3lb gone…. That’s the weight of another person!!!

To say this has changed her life is an understatement.
It’s been an honour to watch her lose the weight but grow in so many ways.

Now she is confident, strong, powerful, determined and capable of anything.
She’s always been beautiful but now she shines like the star she is. That beauty is on the inside and outside and the happiness she feels radiates from her.
What a job I have, what a moment this was……
Feel so blessed ♥️♥️

I know the weather is NAFF!!!! However, All groups are open as normal this week! If you've not been back to group yet after silly season this is your time to draw the line and get back on track with your weight loss!
Give yourself a little more time to get to group and get there safely….
