Facing our fears

To feel it and to go into the sharpest point of our wounds, just as we have too when clearing out an infection, we have to get to the source of it, sticking a plaster on our wounds or painting over cracks is only surface healing and only works for so long, the pain and the cracks reappear and resurface, continuing to spread, infect and bleed in all areas of our lifes, relationships with others, ourselfs, life, if its not felt and released

This Sunday we are facing our fears, applying some courage by doing some inner child work meditation

Taking us back to that vulrable place where we either felt abandoned, afraid, rejected, insicure, fearful, ashamed, unloved ect.. allowing them fears and feelings to resurface and allowing the healthy process of healing to take place ❤🙏 in this safe place..

Also Breath work, release work
Rieki and ending the evening with some light hearted soul cleansing lake dipping/swimming this Sunday 9th July 6.00 till 8.00 pickmere lake..

Release work, warrior circle and meditation

How often do you feel like screaming, if you only had a place to do so, being able to release all that pent up tension frustration mixed emotions ect..

If only we had a safe space to do so right 🤔

How often do you get to meet up with like minded people who are willing to release these parts of thier inner most selves with you?

Better out than in was one of them slogans you here alot but How many times do we really let roar and let it all out, without the fear of judgment?

If you are like I am, that has kept everything in for far too long, only stopping you from reaching your own true potential and power, then please come along and feel the bennifits of release work, breath work, inner warrior work, by releasing what doesn't serve you anymore, then bringing your power back to you by embodying what does,

tapping techniques and meditation relaxation

Ending the evening with lake dipping/swimming

If you could aim to get there a little earlier incase the carpark is full and you may have to park a little further away then that would be perfect,

Imagine being in your 80's and you catch yourself thinking about your life..

And how you never took that trip to the ocean or wild river swimming because you did'nt like the way you looked in a swim suit

Or how you never fully embraced the sun because of stretch marks..

You never allowed yourself to let go and have fun because fear consumed you..

Just imagine being at the end of your life and realising you've hidden yourself away from the fear of judgement and of being real 🤔🤷‍♂️🤷

Come and make the most of this glorious weather were still having and join us for meditation, breath work and wild river swimming and unity 😁😁😎❤

.. lake cleanse Meditation..

This Sunday we are meditating in water

Come along and allow yourself to become fully present, fully emerging ourselfs into the stillness of the water, connecting with each other, nature and the lake in her natural surroundings

Please come along if your interested for a bit of unity and lake dipping bring a towel and some change of clothes if your dipping,

If you don't fancy dipping then please come along anyway we would still love to have you..
