A half of today got me 3 stone loss 🙌🏻

Since July I’ve pulled my finger out and got back on track to get feeling back confident standing up in front of my members and not feeling like I’m telling them what to do and not doing it myself 😩

And my biggest supporters are my amazing members keeping me in check 🥳
