C U P P I N G T H E R A P Y ❤️‍🔥

People are often put off from having cupping because they have a misconception that it hurts, or that the markings left behind are painful bruises.

Bruises are caused by injury or trauma, whereas cupping marks are results of toxins, stagnant blood - they are brought to the surface to be cleared. These marks are a great diagnostic tool for us Chinese Medicine acupuncturists!

The darker the mark = the more stagnation/stasis in the body (meaning higher levels of toxins). The more you come for this treatment, the lighter the marks usually become 👏🏼

I know there’s been a lot of uncertainty around appointments with the snow! I will still be open as normal. If you’re travelling please drive slowly and allow yourself extra time when setting off (as I believe it will be snowing again towards the end of the week)
