Nutrition 101 🥘
At the MVMT room we want to help our members and clients through every area of health and fitness
We don’t expect you to wing it and hope for the best … we want to provide the support and guidance that will actually get you to your goals
Because whether you just want to tone up , loose some unwanted weight or build some new muscle … it all comes down to consistency over time ; for your daily movement habits , weekly training sessions and sustainable eating & diet protocols
It’s our job to help you cut through the confusion that is nutrition and diet
Because we understand everyone has different needs and food preferences , we don’t want to tell you what to eat ...
But learning how to manage your calorie and macronutrient intake alongside learning the basics of improving daily habits and implementing more optimal eating stratergies
And alongside our what’s app groups and daily support , we use with our members to set their specific eating goals (calories / macros) and training routines to cut the confusion and ensure we are moving in the right direction
So you can train , and enjoy your food without having to make unneccrcary sacrifices
We also host a semi regular nutrition and weight management class where we can sit down with our clients & members , run through nutrition basics and then a Q & A to ensure everyone is feeling cig ident towards their own nutrition and goals
This is a nutritionist lead class where you can come and learn the basics of Nuneaton for health and weight management
This is a free class we provide to all our members on the MVMT membership
