✨ Member Appreciation – Kathryn ✨

Kathryn came to the club feeling fed up with menopause symptoms and at the heaviest she had ever been. With two teenage boys and a busy full-time job, she knew she needed to be at her best – for herself and her family.

Fast forward to now, and Kathryn has made a huge mindset shift. She’s learning that you can’t out-train a bad diet, and her focus and commitment have been incredible. She also truly understands that progress isn’t just about the number on the scales, but the non-scale victories that matter just as much 💪✨

Her consistently positive, supportive attitude inspires everyone in the club, and we’re so proud of how far she’s come.

Blown away by Andy’s review! His results are incredible. Andy’s big goal is to get back into running — and that’s happening in January! 🏃‍♂️💥

He set himself a target of losing 2 stone by Christmas. He asked if it was doable… and we said yes — but it was a big challenge, especially since he’s only been on plan for less than 5 weeks!

And he’s already done it 💥💥💥🚀🚀🚀 … with two weeks to spare!

Christmas Club Night 2025 🎄✨

What a wonderful, wholesome evening spent with some of my favourite people.
We had so many treats, goodies, and festive fun — and an incredible raffle with some amazing hampers up for grabs!

Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised a fantastic £280.00 for Warrington Youth Zone, a charity very close to one of our gorgeous members’ hearts. ❤️

Thank you all for your kindness, especially at this time of year.
