Back to it yesterday after not being able to get to the gym during the week due to work/family commitments. Felt great and can definitely see me doing more and more each time I go. Only thing that disappointed me was realised I didn’t have any of my Herbalife CR7 drink to take with me so had to make do with cordial - Herbalife order going in today 😂

Absolutely loved going to the gym this weekend. 35 mins of cardio, 10 mins of which were on the exercise bike which has always been a struggle for me. Feel very pleased with myself. Again, the CR7 drink from Herbalife kept me well hydrated during my workout 💦

After a long long time away from any gym, today was the day. I was really nervous going but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Yes I’m shattered, yes I’m nowhere near as fit as I used to be but this is the start of my journey and I can do this! I’m sure I’ll be sore tomorrow though 🤣 Keeping me hydrated throughout my gym session was the Herbalife 24 CR7 Drive drink 💚 Back to the gym on Wednesday 💪🏻

Is this really a protein bar??!! ABSOLUTELY!!! 🤩

This is the Citrus Lemon protein bar from Herbalife and it is delicious! 😋 I’m not a massive lover of lemon but the lemon taste is not overpowering at all. A great healthy snack with 10g of protein, B-Vitamins B6 and B12 and is 139 calories.

So pleased it’s arrived as I’d ran out of the Herbal Aloe Concentrate drink 😩 - I absolutely love this as thanks to this I’ve tripled my daily water intake. It’s so delicious as well! 😋
