Growing around grief is a model created by grief counsellor Lois Tonkin. 💜

It's the idea that grief stays just as big, but your life can grow around it. There are times where the grief is intense, but there are other times when people are able to focus on other parts of life.

It shows that we can grow a new life which includes the loss.
