Today on World Cancer Day we’re supporting the Never Too Young campaign to raise awareness that bowel cancer isn’t just an “older person’s” disease.
🔎 Every year around 2,600 people under 50 are diagnosed with bowel cancer in the UK – and many didn’t know it could happen to them before diagnosis.
🩺 Research shows younger adults often see their GP multiple times before being referred for tests, and many don’t recognise symptoms early.
That’s why it’s important to:
• Listen to your body and notice changes
• Speak to your GP if you have persistent symptoms – we're here to help.
Early diagnosis saves lives. Your health matters at every age. 💙
