💼 Team Co-Ordinator – Supported Living (Yes, We’re Talking to You)
📍 Location: Warrington or Widnes
⏰ Hours: Full-time

Are you a compassionate, experienced support worker who’s ready to take it up a notch? We’re on the lookout for a Team Co-Ordinator with the skills, heart, and humour to lead by example and help shape a safe, empowering environment for adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
You’ll be:
• Supporting individuals in achieving their own unique goals
• Leading and mentoring a team of support workers (without turning into their second mum)
• Keeping things compliant and calm in moments of organised chaos
• Being a grown-up when it counts, and a goofball when it helps
What we need from you:
• Experience in social care, preferably in supported living
• A solid understanding of person-centred support (bonus points if you can explain it without using jargon)
• The ability to multitask like a caffeinated octopus
• A genuine belief that everyone deserves a good life—and a hand to get there
