The differences between StrongHER and a Commercial Gyms?
1) Everyone gets their own plan. This isn’t a circuit where each person does exactly the same thing.
This is means it’s great no matter if you’re a beginner or more advanced.
2) It’s not a race. We don’t do tons of cardio, make you do everything as fast as possible or run around the block. Go at your own pace.
3) We currently have 25 female only sessions per week. Not just one hour, or a 6 week program but a full timetable designated to ladies only training.
4) We progress and track workouts using your own logbooks. That’s how you’ll see yourself getting stronger. Instead of over focusing on the scales and burning calories.
5) We NEVER record our classes for social media, we like to keep things private.
6) We use a simple 14 day cancellation policy on our memberships meaning we don’t tie members in long term if circumstances change.
