So excited to announce that I will now be offering massage services! I have always had a passion for alternative therapies as a way to manage mental health and well being. I believe massages are as important as exercise in order to recharge your batteries and switch off.

I was recently diagnosed with adhd, and dealing with this diagnosis as an adult took me on a journey of finding ways to relieve symptoms such as racing thoughts, restless leg syndrome and compulsive behaviours. Personally having a massage every couple of weeks has been vital in my process of healing and addressing my sensory issues. I believe everyone deserves to have time that is theirs and theirs alone.

This is why I want to make my treatments completely customisable to any clients needs and relaxation methods. If there’s a certain type of music that helps to calm you, that will be provided. Or if there’s a certain scent that quietens your thoughts, that will also be provided. I am a huge believer that everyone’s different and calming techniques that may work for one person may not work for another. This is why we can have an in depth chat about your needs before a session!

I will be starting to offer services in the next couple of weeks and I am so pleased to be on this journey of healing and growth with you all. Invest in your self care and give me a message to book 😊💘
