Today is World Menopause Day, a chance to highlight how menopause and perimenopause can affect life at work and why the right support matters.

Many people experience symptoms such as brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety, and hot flushes, which can impact confidence and productivity. Without understanding and adjustments in place, these challenges can lead to prolonged absence and employees feeling undervalued.

At PAM Wellness, we help employers provide effective support through:

• Menopause awareness workshops for managers and teams

• Employee Assistance Programmes for confidential counselling and advice

• Specialist menopause programme for complex mental health needs

By creating a culture where employees feel supported through every stage of life, businesses can improve retention, reduce absence, and help people thrive.
