I'm opening my bookings again after coming back from the long Japan stay over the summer.

My working hours is gonna be more random now as I don’t have much access to the car unfortunately.

I will keep posted my available time slot. Hope it fits ok to your schedules.

I've added a few beautiful Japanese oils to my collection, 2 different citrus (Yuzu, Ponkan) and 2
different Japanese cypress (Hinoki). I love these odours from my country.

I wish I can do more but as a mom of 2 little children I have now 2 weeks off that I can’t work.

This week is .

This year’s theme is loneliness and the impact that loneliness can have on our mental wellbeing.
Since the pandemic, it’s easy to imagine that it has become more difficult for some people to reach friends or family.
Personally, as I am from Japan, I haven’t been able to see my family nearly 4 years. It’s tough and if you overthink that loneliness I can easily drawn to that bad spiral.

The touch of any massage therapy gives a warmth to your body and soul, and it gives you resilience. It is proven massage helps reduces anxiety and lower stress levels.

I am hopeful one day my massage therapy would help improve someone’s mental health.

🦶🏼Self care tip using reflexology

☀️Solar Plexus
A nerve plexus is in abdomen, center just below your diaphragm. It plays a essential role in your body’s nervous system.

The reflex point of solar plexus on feet is where I put the sun mark in the photo. Put firm pressure on there for 1 to 2 min. It helps to reduce stress, help regulate your nervous system.

みぞおち辺り、身体の各臓器に太陽のように放射線に広がる神経の集まる場所です。

足裏では太陽マークをつけた所に反射区があります。
『湧泉(元気がわく)』とも呼ばれるツボ
ストレスの解消、不眠解消、深いリラックス効果、自律神経の乱れを整える効果があると言われています。
太陽マークの場所をグーッと1分ほど押してあげましょう。

I am sure whoever learnt aromatherapy knows his name, the author of ‘Complete Guide to Aromatherapy’. The world leading aromatherapist.

He’s been holding free webinars time to time.

A lovely afternoon spent at my children’s school ‘wellness day’ giving quick treatments for amazing teachers and staffs.
I enjoyed every minutes of it 😌 including the peaking face of my boy when he spotted me in one of the room. 😂

子どもたちの学校のウェルネスデイで、先生やスタッフさん10名にマッサージさせてもらいました。
とってもお世話になってる先生たちにいつも感謝の気持ちでいっぱい。今日はとても喜んでもらい少しはお返しができた気がして嬉しい日でした。息子が私を見つけてドアで顔をくっつけて覗いてたのには笑っちゃいました😂

My 5 yo daughter was crying last night complaining her pain in her legs. 🦵🏼

She is growing taller non stop and her legs are in pain time to time.

I remember how uncomfortable as a kid to have that. The pain feels stronger at night time 🌟as your Parasympathetic get more dominant. It’s very important to calm the pain before you go to bed. 🛌

I love massaging my children, and my children constantly ask for it. Yesterday I made this blend for my girl and gently massaged her legs. 🌙

⭐️It’s important to keep the 1% dilution of essential oil for children. (1 drop per 10ml)

昨日は娘が脚が痛いと夕方からピーピー泣き、
抱っこしたりストレッチしたり、マグネシウム入りのお風呂に浸かって、あとはアロマでマッサージをしてあげました。
副交感神経が優位になる夜、痛みは感じやすくなります。痛いと寝付けない事もあるので、寝る前に和らげてあげる事が大事ですね。

昨日はオリーブオイル30mlに、
ラベンダー、マジョラム(鎮痛、抗炎症、血行促進)、ローズマリー(抗酸化、血行促進)
をブレンドしました。
マッサージはやさしめに。
痛い痛いと泣くので心配しましたが寝つきもよく、ぐっすり眠ってくれました。

My recent favorite💜

✨Chamomile German✨

Such a versatile oil works in so many ways.
But I never liked it before.

It has a distinctive herbal odour and I always preferred ‘Chamomile Roman’.

But I recently used it often in diffuser and found a significant changes in how I sleep. I sleep so much better with this oil in blend.

Chamomile German mixes well with any citrus or herbal essential oils.

My blend last night🌙
* Chamomile German 3 drop
* Fennel 2 drop
* Ylang Ylang 2 drop
