We are back with our women’s circles after a bit of winter hibernation!
We will gather together in safe circle to share, journal, chat and be bathed in a nurturing Soundbath.
The focus for March will be our inner critic.

The Inner Critic is the part of you that self criticises, sabotages or isn’t the most helpful part of you in moving towards your goals, desires or personal greatness. Working with the inner critic can be one of the most transformative things you can do for self confidence and stepping into your true power. In this circle, we will explore our own inner critics and use tools that help you transform your inner landscape in relation to your inner self talk.

Gorgeous women! 💃
Join us for circle tomorrow evening.
We’ll be looking at boundaries and the importance of them in our lives and what ours currently look like.
There will be chanting, meditation, journalling, sharing and more.
Let us know if you’d like to join us at 6.45-8.15pm, Wash Lane School Room, Warrington.
As this is a new venue, we ask that you bring your own mat and blanket (as well as your journal and pen!).
