Just wanted to let you know that it was an absolute pleasure attending the Self-Massage & Sound Bath Evening and it was everything I didn’t know I needed—and more.
From the moment I stepped into the softly lit hall, I felt a sense of calm begin to settle in. The space was beautifully decorated with such care and intention. The self-massage techniques using therapy balls were both gentle and powerful.
The sound bath that followed was pure magic, I could feel throughout my body! I left feeling grounded, open, and deeply nourished—body, mind, and spirit.
Thank you for creating such a sacred and soothing space. I’ll definitely be back. 💫

This August, I’ll be pressing pause on our Saturday sessions and there will be a skeleton timetable to embrace a quieter rhythm and spend cherished time with my family. This little window of slower pace allows me to refill my own cup so I can continue showing up for you with energy, presence, and heart.

✨ And if you're craving a little movement magic... Reformer sessions will be available from Thursday 21st August. Just a little heads-up so you can plan ahead and still enjoy your dose of mindful strength and flow as summer gently winds down.

I understand that life can get busy, but once a voucher expires, it cannot be used or extended. This helps keep things fair and is a common policy across many studios

🌿 If you're unsure you’ll use all 5 sessions within 3 months, please choose the single class option and pay as you go, it might suit you better

This 2-hour workshop invites you to soften, breathe, and reconnect through two deeply restorative practices:

✨ SMFR (Self-Myofascial Release)
Using therapeutic tools, SMFR helps release tension held in the fascia, the body’s connective tissue. Through guided techniques, you’ll ease tightness, improve mobility, and awaken a sense of spaciousness within.

✨ Sound Healing
Bathed in the soothing tones of chimes, bowls, and gentle vibration, sound healing invites the nervous system to settle and the heart to open. The resonance of sound supports emotional release, energetic balance, and deep rest.

Together, these practices offer a sanctuary for renewal, where breath, movement, and vibration meet to restore harmony in body and soul.
