The Spinefitter is now part of our Mat, Reformer and Seated Pilates sessions

It’s a simple tool that helps the body release, soften and move with more ease.

It eases tightness through the spine, neck and shoulders, opens the ribcage for easier breathing and gives gentle acupressure that helps the whole system settle.

It supports posture, improves mobility and gives soft but precise feedback

My intention is to help your body feel supported, understood and safe to move, a warm, personal space where you are taken care of 🌸

I invite you to join me for a gentle evening of healing sounds and deep restoration. we will begin with a guided meditation to settle the mind and activate the chakras, preparing the body for the vibrations of both crystal and metal singing bowls. we'll create a space to find calm, leaving you feeling refreshed, rebalanced and deeply restored 💫

✨ your comfort is everything, since we will be resting for over an hour, I encourage you to build your own 'comfort nest' bring whatever you need to feel cosy and safe
☁️ thick mats (bring two for extra padding)
☁️ pillows & bolsters (perfect for under the knees)
☁️ heavy, snuggly blankets (warmth is key)

✨ cosy kit hire (£10) so you can travel light
I have 4 kits available to hire (mat, bolster, cushion, blanket & eye mask) message me directly to reserve yours

🍵 a gentle finish to help you ground yourself before the weekend begins, we will close our journey with a soothing cup of warm chamomile tea

🍎 tips: eat light beforehand and bring a drink

⚠️ important: not suitable for those in the 1st trimester of pregnancy or those with pacemakers. please remember to turn off hearing aids for your comfort.
phones/alarms also in silent/turned off to protect our shared stillness

Monday Mat Pilates

If you waking up with a familiar feeling of achy neck/ shoulders, tight, stiff lower back, heavy legs, clunky hips this class will help you reset.

A steady 60‑minute Mat Pilates session to ease you into the week by mobilising the spine and loosening the whole body. I’ll guide you through simple, effective movement that helps you actually feel what’s going on, noticing tension, soreness, imbalances and the places that need attention. It’s not about forcing anything, it’s about tuning in, responding, and giving your body what it’s asking for so you start the week feeling more aligned and balanced and moving more freely

If you’re joining in person, we'll be using the Spinefitter, a brilliant tool for waking up the spine, freeing stuck segments and helping you feel more connected through your whole back line. If you don’t have a Spinefitter and you join online from home, no problem at all you’ll still get the full benefit with the options I give.

We will also be using the foam roller. If you don’t have one at home, a firm blanket rolled up tightly will work perfectly. It simply gives the spine something to rest on so you can feel the movement more clearly and gently iron out those Monday morning aches.

**introducing the Spinefitter to our Monday pilates mat class**

I’ve just invested in a further 10 of them for our mat classes because they genuinely help with tightness, pain and help with our movement.

Traditional stretching only gets us so far.
We need to rotate, mobilise and free the body, especially through the spine, ribs, neck, shoulders, hips and feet
That’s exactly where the Spinefitter comes in.

It works along the spine to release stiffness, improve mobility and ease pressure through the upper back and neck.
It also supports clearer breathing and helps the body move more freely.

It works beautifully well with the tools we already use
the foam roller, Yoga Tune Up balls and the soft ball, each one helping in a slightly different way to ease tension and improve how we move.

A beautiful tool to have in our toolbox, and you’ll feel the benefits straight away.

I hope you’ve had a lovely Easter - mine was filled with family, baking, cooking, garden jobs and planting, supporting my son and his team ⚽ Dog walks, snuggles, sorting, clearing and minimising. A proper reset and I've loved it 😍

We’re back on Monday with Mat Pilates, and I’m adding in some incredible methods that genuinely help with tightness, pain and movement including the Spinefitter.

I’ve made a big investment and currently have 14 Spinefitters to bring to the party! Those that book in first will reserve one

​Deep Reset is a dedicated body maintenance session designed to release the deep tension that standard stretching often misses. We focus on the body’s connective tissue and spinal alignment to help you move with more ease

​The Session
​a warm, calm relaxing space with a maximum of only 4 participants, we will use a specialised toolkit to facilitate a full-body release
​The Spinefitter: Specifically used to decompress the spine and release the paravertebral muscles

​Foam Rollers & Therapy Balls: targeted tools to release muscular knots and improve tissue health

​Assisted Stretching: I offer hands-on assists to help you find a deeper, more effective release. (If you prefer a hands-off approach, the session is fully adapted to verbal guidance)

Acupressure pen & gua sha
​I will be introducing precision tools to target acupressure points and promote circulation
​By working with your nervous system and fascia, this session helps to reboot your physical state, you'll feel more mobile and deeply relaxed.
