Well, that’s a wrap for another year! We’ll have loads of amazing stuff to share over the coming days as we gather up all the photos, vids and reels, but for now, Becca and Neil just want to say a huuuuuuge THANK YOU to everyone that played a part in the festival - our incredible wellbeing warriors, our awesome behind the scenes “blue t-shirt brigade” team, our generous sponsors, the Engine Rooms team and of course everyone who turned out to see us on this very, very hot day! AND CHILL.....!!

We're ready!! All the stuff is at The Engine Rooms, printing is done, ironing is done, you've met all our warriors, final faffy bits done, and we're now chilling and looking forward to tomorrow!

So much love, laughter, WhatsApp chats, and effort goes into making the festival a beautiful day out for everyone, and we can't wait to share it with you.

Over 65 businesses are so excited to meet you and share their passion and expertise to help you feel that little bit better.

In Neil's words, come along tomorrow and see lots of beautiful shards of light come together and make a beacon in our town!

The first talks and demos start from 10:30 am, so get there early to avoid missing some absolute corkers!

1 MORE SLEEP!!!!

The Warrington Wellbeing Festival is tomorrow, and we can't wait to see you!!

It's going to be a BEAUTIFUL day full of wellbeing businesses, sunshine, energy, ice cream, and air con!

Tickets are £15 and all the demos, talks, and sessions are included in the price! Under 18s are free too, so it's a bargain of a price even if you can't come for the full day.

You can buy a ticket on the door, but we do recommend prebooking as it will be quicker to get in.

LET'S MEET ESTHER FROM Peace & Mind UK

Peace and Mind UK was founded after the death of her daughter, Brianna G**y.

Peace and Mind UK is on a mission to plant seeds of resilience, empathy, and unity, and they plan to do this is in different ways.

They have started delivering Flourishing Families sessions in schools, which are great fun. It gives families the opportunity to have quality time together while learning tools around sleep, nutrition, exercise,gratitude,community, and nature.

They also have campaigns launching in September around mobile phones and online safety and are on a mission to get the government's help to ban phones in schools.

Esther is doing a talk at 10:45 in the Elevation station and will be sharing loads of exciting updates about upcoming projects and events. Peace and Mind UK will also have a stall where you can go for a chat, buy some cute jewellery, and have a go at the lucky dip.

We can't wait to see you on Saturday!!

A FEW REMINDERS:

❤️ Bring your Ticket Tailor tickets for scanning (on your phone is fine)

❤️ Children under 17 are free, BUT you need to have booked them on. You can amend your booking on Ticket Tailor if you've not

❤️ Come comfortable

❤️ Bring blankets, pillows, and yoga mats - whatever you need to have a beautiful, relaxing, and enjoyable day!

❤️ If you are buying a ticket on the day, it is cashless, so you'll need to pay with card/Apple pay, etc

❤️ The Engine Rooms is cashless, so if you wish to purchase food, drinks, and refreshments, you'll need to pay by card. (The Festival Marketplace vendors may take cash as well as cards).

❤️ Be sure to arrive on time and plan adequately as it's going to be a jam-packed day!

❤️ All events and seminars will be first-come-first-served, and numbers are limited, so make sure you're organised to avoid disappointment.

Beccy is joining us for the first time and is so passionate about the fact that we should fix the cause, reclaim your life, body, and long-term health without relying on medication.

Beccy will have a stall in our marketplace and will also be doing a talk in the Energy Enclave at 14:25 titled,'The gut brain connection: Good Food, Good mood!' Her amazing session is, of course, included in your ticket price of £15 - bargain!

LET'S MEET EMI FROM Talk Solutions

Emi is joining us for the first time this year and as well as doing a smashing session for the teens, she'll be running the Teen Tent and making sure everything goes smoothly.

Emi creates and delivers resources that help us and our children have a healthy relationship with screens and tech - for all age ranges. She helps children to better understand what the Internet is and the role they play in it.

She also created the Kids' Phone License and have delivered workshops in schools, scouts, theatres and in the workplace, as well as free parent online zoom sessions.

At 14:15, Emi will be running an awesome session in the teen tent titled, 'Make friends with your phone' It is going to be a fun and thought provoking session that will help teens with phone boundries and lots of other nuggets.
