I'm now providing lymphatic drainage massage as well as my other massage therapies.

It is a gentle, specialized technique designed to stimulate the natural circulation of lymph fluid, reducing swelling (lymphedema), detoxifying the body, and boosting immune function.

Ladies over 50..... You should be deadlifting.....

As we age, maintaining physical fitness becomes increasingly important. For those of us over 50, incorporating strength training into our exercise becomes even more important.

This is especially true for perimenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal ladies.

One of the best single exercises we can do is the deadlift.

What can it do for you?

✅️ Enhanced Muscle Strength and Mass.

✅️ Improved bone density.

✅️ Enhanced functional fitness.

✅️ Better posture.

✅️ Metabolic health and weight management.

✅️ Enhanced balance and coordination.

They're effective, but it's important to perform them properly.....which is where I come in...

I'm now providing lymphatic drainage massage in addition to my other massage therapies.

MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) is a type of massage that involves gentle, rhythmic massage strokes that stimulate the lymphatic system and promote the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body.

The lymphatic system is responsible for removing waste and toxins from the body, as well as maintaining a healthy immune system.

It is an excellent addition to a detox program or as one of the best relaxation massages you can have.

It can help with conditions such as;

~ Lymphedema
~ Fibromyalgia
~ Chronic fatigue syndrome
~ Post surgical swelling
~ Sports injuries
~ Migraines
~ Stress


For March only, I'm offering a full body treatment (around an hour and a half) for £55.

Area specific treatments (around 45 minutes) for £35

Half body treatments - £35 (approx 50 mins)

Full body treatments- £45 (approx 80 minutes)

Most people pay more attention to maintaining their car than they do to maintaining their body.

Yes, car maintenance is important, but you can always buy another car.

However, you'll only ever have one body to last a lifetime, so it makes sense to look after it.

There are dozens and dozens of gyms, programs and classes around Warrington, which is great if that's what you enjoy (they're catching up with barbershops and nail bars now 🙄😅).
