Hi everyone, just a quick update! I have had quite a few new enquires the last few weeks which is fantastic 🥳 unfortunately though I am still full across all classes. All current information is on my website below. Please contact me to be added to a class waiting list - I cannot give you any timeframe to availablity sadly as you never know what may change & when. Please be advised all new clients will need at least one 1:1 session before joining group classes as they are so well established now and we work on progressing.

This has been a topic of conversation for a few weeks in my classes - and this sums it up perfectly. Please do your research - Pilates is still not formally regulated and yes you can say you are a Pilates teacher after training for a weekend 🤯

Hi everyone! I’m just updating my website to reflect the communicated changes to the way I will take payment from November. I have realised that my feedback/kind words page is quite old now so I would appreciate it if any present or past clients are happy to leave some hopefully lovely words on Google and/or my page. As you know I mainly operate by word of mouth which keeps me super busy but I realised that a lot of people now rely on Google reviews! I will then copy and add to my website page.

Great news - always check your teacher’s qualifications!

Amazing news!
Over the last few months many Pilates teachers and education companies have been concerned that is has been possible for someone with no Pilates mat work pre-requisite to train as a Reformer "Group" teacher.

I am delighted to say that YMCA AWARDS have listened to us and this has now been withdrawn. (From October.)
It is now a pre-requisite that to enrol on a YMCA AWARDS level 3 reformer course you must hold a Level 3 mat qualifcation.

Pilates is a profession and we all care deeply about the safety of our clients and our industry.

Mail on Sunday War on Osteoporosis campaign week 29:
We want to thank Health Secretary Wes Streeting for including hi-tech bone scanners in his package of investments to modernise the NHS. A huge thank you to the Mail On Sunday for continuing to raise awareness about osteoporosis and the urgent need for better access to diagnosis.
