As a mum of 3, I know how important it can be to get out and about to classes with your baby. Choosing the right classes can be a big decision and commitment. My children and I loved the baby massage and baby yoga classes we attended and got a lot out of them both. The were great for bonding, had a very calming effect on both of us and were great for colic and wind. It was also a great opportunity to get to know some new mums and dads. All of the classes I run are relaxed and friendly and there will be plenty of opportunities to chat and have fun. You and your babies are the most important part of the session, so I want anyone who comes along to feel relaxed and comfortable. Please don't worry if your baby cries, falls asleep, needs feeding or has an accident, its all part of the fun! It doesn't have to be just mums that come along, bring dad, grandparents, friends, auntie, uncle - I run classes especially for couples so partners can feel comfortable coming along. My husband loved massaging our daughters, it made him feel really involved, helped with bonding and he felt really comfortable in a session where other dads had also come along. He loved having new dads to talk to as well.
