I’ve been treating people with ptsd and people who have experienced trauma for many years. It can be so helpful to calm the nervous system and stop the constant fight/flight respinse and panic that comes.

This randomized clinical trial assesses the effectiveness of verum vs sham acupuncture in reducing severity of symptoms in combat-related posttraumatic stress disorder.
