Verrucas can be painful and difficult to treat. This lady had been in pain with a large Verruca for around 15 years and tried so many different treatments without any success before contacting us. On the 18th August 22 we carried out a painless procedure called Faulkner's Needling. The patient returned this week for a review and was ecstatic to report the Verruca has completely resolved and she is no longer hobbling in pain. Despite the 19th July being declared as 'Freedom Day' Covid-19 is still unfortunately with us.

Guidance from our Governing Body 'The Royal College of Podiatry' and 'Public Health England (PHE)' is that face coverings should still be encouraged within medical and healthcare settings.

Within the clinic a lot of our patients are elderly and some are clinically vulnerable therefore as part of our duty to protect them we will be continuing to wear face masks for the foreseeable future. We would also ask all of our patients and clients, unless medically exempt, to continue to wear your face covering to your appointment. This applies to our 1:1 diet, Ear Treatment and Podiatry bookings.
