Baby massage and baby yoga courses run at my own unique garden room in Appleton, Warrington, Cheshire. A small intimate tranquil space where you will feel relaxed and welcomed. Email susan@appletonbabymassage.co.uk
Classes will take place in a small group in a warm and friendly environment. Baby massage is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling and will bring huge benefits for babies, mums and dads. Baby yoga is suitable for babies when baby can hold their own head up, which can be from around 12 weeks or so. During the 5 week baby massage course you will learn the techniques and strokes of baby massage whilst discovering a unique bonding experience. The classes will last up to an hour and a half with time for a cuppa at the end. This is a great way to meet other mums and share your experiences. The main benefits of baby massage are:
Interaction and promoting bonding and communication
Stimulation of the digestive and circulatory system and help with body awareness
Relief of common ailments such as colic, wind, constipation
Relaxation for both mother and baby, helping improve sleep
Baby yoga is also 5 weeks and has many benefits similar to baby massage, but the practice helps improve balance and co-ordination, muscle development and spatial awareness. Classes are relaxed and take place in a warm, intimate and comfortable studio in Appleton, There is a sofa so you can sit back and tend to your baby. Small groups, giving you the chance to get to know other mums and share experiences over tea and homemade treat. It's not just an activity, it's a lovely memorable experience with your baby.
