Its a great time to try Yin Yoga in your own home
8 week Yin Yoga programme suitable for beginners up to intermediate level starts next week
Follow instruction from the comfort of your own space - classes also suitable to join during the 8 weeks 🙏 you need a mat and and a few cushions as props

Tues 5th May 7.30 - 8.30pm

Fri 8th May 8pm-9pm

£5 a class or pay £20 in advance for the first 4 weeks with the option of attending both Tues and the repeat Fri class to help master your poses

There is a option on Zoom to mute your screen so you don't need to be on view
