Laura is officially on mat leave!! Thank you to all my clients for all your love and support, I am so privileged to have such wonderful clients to make up my business. To all our clients, thank you for all the years of support, as we head into 2025! Busy start to the year and we welcome .therapy back after maternity leave. Jimmy is taking on this challenge for an amazing charity… on his birthday! Most people have a lie in and breakfast in bed but Jimmy will have a completed a marathon before most of us wake up. All the best Jimmy, we are all supporting you and are proud of you!

🎉 Our amazing PT at Alive & Well, Jimmy, is taking on an incredible challenge – running 65 miles on his 65th birthday for Reverse Rett! 💪

Rett Syndrome is a neurological condition that affects young children, typically between ages 1-2, leaving them with severe disabilities and lifelong challenges.

This is no easy feat, but if you know Jimmy, you know he’s a machine who won’t back down! 🏃‍♂️

These two nutters….supporting a great charity in a ridiculous way! Will see you around the park tomorrow to cheer you on. Best of luck boys! 🏖️👜🚶‍♂️

If you're in or around Birchwood Park on Friday and you see 2 guys walking through with sandbags on their backs, then it'll no doubt be our friends Mike and James from local technology company, labdesk (let's be honest, there's not really going to be another 2 guys doing that!)

They will be taking on their 30x30 challenge on Friday starting from Birchwood Park. This epic challenge involves them carrying a 30KG sandbag (each) whilst walking over 30K! To put this into perspective, 30kg is the equivalent of carrying a small fridge or an adult dalmation.....who knew?

We are so grateful to Mike and James for choosing to support us in this way and they've already raised £1,860. All money raised will go into improving the mental health of young people and their families.
