About Sharon Hodgkins’ Clinical Reflexology

I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist. I trained at the Gaia School of Natural Health and gained a Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, thus gaining The Centralia Reflexology Mastership.

This qualification covers Anatomy, physiology and pathology for reflexology, which enables me to deliver treatments that are focused and adapted to a persons specific needs.

Reflexology is an ancient art widely used by the Chinese to maintain good health and prevent disease. The benefits of reflexology include its ability to stimulate nerve function, increase energy, boost circulation, induce a deep state of relaxation, eliminate toxins, stimulate the central nervous system, prevent migraines, and treat urinary tract conditions.
