A few tips to keep your skin hydrated during the colder months ✨️

•Add an exfoliating scrub twice a week to your skin care
•Cleanse, tone and moisturise twice a day (add a serum in if you can before moisturiser)
•Use a hydrating mist throughout the day this can be used over make up too
•Use a hydrating face mask twice a week
•Drink at least 2L of water every day
•Hydrating eye drops from over the counter can help keep your eyes from feeling dry
•Still use SPF daily to protect your skin
•Use a chapstick allllll day long (carmex is my fave)
•Dermaplaning facials every 4 weeks
•Add Microneedling to your Dermaplaning if you can

*if your toner is making your skin feel dry after you use it then switch it, this is not right for your skin type.

The best moisturiser for very dry skin is Weleda skin food and the next best is La Roche-Posay double repair (imo) 🖤
