Class is still on this evening and every Friday until I'm advised otherwise, please try and bring your own mat and some pillows for props. I do have blocks which I will wipe down before and after use. There's plenty of soap and sanitiser in the hall which I insist you use before and after practice.

It goes without saying but if you do feel unwell please refrain from attending.

See you at 5:45pm for a gentle and mindful class which I'm sure you need now more than ever!
