Come & join us for Warrington’s ultimate Sound Bath & immerse yourself in a SYMPHONY OF SACRED SOUND.

Sound creates the space for self-healing & transformation using the power of vibration to re harmonize the entire body to its most beneficial state.

When we hear the frequencies, our cells become attuned to that vibration and this creates a harmonic state for healing within the body.

The different frequencies radiated during the sound bath will help to quiet the mind, decrease stress & anxiety, improve sleep, release physical & emotional pain, restoring the body, mind and spirit to a greater state of balance, creating a deeper sense of peace and well-being.

You will bathe in a sonic symphony of mystical tones and vibrations created by Paiste Gongs, Meinl angelic Quartz Singing Bowls, mystical Quartz Pyramids, Himalayan Singing Bowls & more.

WHAT TO BRING💜
Yoga/Gym mat/blanket/pillow/ water & anything else you need to be comfortable. (Mats can be hired) Your also welcome to sit in a chair if lying down isn’t an option 🙏🏻
Feel free to bring your crystals to charge in the frequencies.

Wear loose fitting casual clothing.
By creating a comfortable cocoon, you will be able to fully relax & reap the benefits of these sessions.

I know days like this can hold many different emotions. For some, it’s joyful, for others, it can feel tender, heavy, complicated, or lonely.
However today meets you, | just want to gently remind you that you are seen.
As someone who holds space for others so often, I know how important it is to pause and honour what is real💜Mothering comes in so many forms, and love does too.💜
