Here’s my top tip; Don’t leave it until the last minute to try them on. Make sure that corn isn’t rubbing, or that blister isn’t going to develop. If you’ve got any worries, get in touch and I can help! 💜

Avoid the pain of ingrown toenails! 😖

Did you know improper nail cutting is a leading cause of ingrown nails? Whether it’s picking at your nails or cutting them too short, you could be setting your toes up for trouble!

Here’s what to watch out for:

🟣 Not cutting your nails properly – Picking at your nails or cutting them too short can lead to problems.
🟣 Tight footwear – Shoes that squeeze your toes put pressure on your nails, causing them to grow into the skin.
🟣 Stubbing your toe – Accidents happen, but toe trauma can trigger ingrown nails.
🟣 Nail shape – If your nails naturally flare out, you might be more prone to ingrowns.

I couldn’t resist adding another to the collection on Saturday along with some gorgeous Christmas cards featuring Great Sankey’s own St Mary’s Church (in purple, of course! 💜).

As the temperature sets to drop next week, it’s time to show your feet a little extra love. If your toes are feeling chilly but your skin’s healthy, try my go-to winter remedy: “Warm Your Sole” Body Essential Oil.
