This lady sprained her ankle last year and just been walking on it in pain since!

Mixture of Tuina manipulations and acupuncture to get the movement and energy back through. Repairing the tendons and creating strength with exercises 💕

This was the last session needed after having no pain for 4 weeks 🙌

Acupuncture is stellar at treating any type of tendon issue and drastically reducing the amount of healing time required.

So what does it do?

Elbow and tendon needles to get rid of those niggles 💪

This man was struggling with straighten his arm, couldn't do pull ups anymore and had to change his training to accommodate what he can't do. He was super worried he wouldn't be able to train so it could heal.
We are treating and adapting training while healing so ensure this weakness can be made strong 💪

Been talking to a lot of clients lately about balance.
Feel like now lockdown is ending, it's easy to become so busy you don't know what you're doing, what day it is, what's happening next. You've got a diary so full that you need another 🤯
Take a step back, take a breath, relax your shoulders and all the muscles in your body that you're tensing without even realising.
The only guarantees in life are that you're born and you die. Everything else is a choice.
Make it simple, only change what needs to be changed. If it makes you happy, do it. If it doesn't, why are you doing it?
