Did you know Boundaries are essential for healthy relationships and emotional well-being. They help us understand where we end and others begin🍃

🍃Healthy boundaries allow you to:
🍃Protect your time, energy, and mental health
🍃 Communicate your needs clearly and confidently
🍃Build relationships based on mutual respect and balance
🍃Feel safe, valued, and in control of your life

Without boundaries, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, taken advantage of, or emotionally drained. Unhealthy boundaries can lead to people-pleasing, resentment, and a loss of personal identity.

Setting boundaries isn’t about pushing people away—it’s about creating space for healthier, more respectful connections.

You deserve relationships where your needs matter too 🍃

Good morning, here’s a little sneak peek behind the scenes of inner healing counselling 🍃
Sometimes nature is all you need to reset yourself.

Did you know spending time in nature can have a powerful impact on our wellbeing. 🌿

Being outdoors helps reduce stress, improve mood, and clear the mind. Natural spaces allow us to slow down, breathe more deeply, and take a break from the pressures of everyday life. Even a short walk in a park or sitting outside for a few minutes can help calm the nervous system and improve focus.

Making time for nature—no matter how small—can be a simple but meaningful way to support mental health.🍃

Did you know People pleasing is a pattern where someone prioritizes other people’s needs, approval, or comfort over their own. Often it comes from a deep desire to be accepted, liked, or to avoid conflict. Many people learn this behavior early in life. For example, if someone grew up in an environment where love or approval depended on being “good,” helpful, or agreeable, they may have learned that saying yes and keeping others happy is the safest way to maintain relationships. Over time, this can turn into a habit where their own feelings, boundaries, and needs are pushed aside.

Another reason people engage in people pleasing is fear—fear of rejection, criticism, disappointment, or conflict. Saying “no” can feel uncomfortable or even frightening because it might risk upsetting someone. As a result, people pleasers often overextend themselves, take on too much responsibility, and struggle to express their true opinions. While the intention usually comes from kindness and empathy, constantly putting others first can lead to stress, resentment, burnout, and a loss of personal identity. Counselling can help individuals understand where these patterns started, build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and learn that it is okay to care for others without sacrificing themselves 🍃
