Bookings, Questions, Collaborations ↓ I am an energy worker who provides a range of services including intuitive crystal energy therapy sessions, crystal energy circles, meditations which all incorporate shamanic guidance, plant medicine, spirit animals and sacred sound and song. You can work with me 1:1 in full energy session or I offer powerful mini sessions which are like a taster of what to expect in a full session with me at wellbeing days and my opo up events. In addition to that, I handcraft feather wands using ethically sourced feathers, wood and crystals. I absolutely love working with clients to raise their vibrations, clear stagnant, negative energy and tap into what is causing blockages in the body so they can reclaim and step into their power. I don’t just work with adults, I work with children too through Happy Kids Yoga UK. I find teaching children’s yoga very rewarding and love how they respond to mindful movement and meditation.

From mental pinball to inner quiet. After a busy week and a full mind, a mini soulful session becomes a sacred pause. Guided through channelled insight, I work with the gentle pulse of the drum and the wisdom of crystals, allowing their vibrations to weave through the body and energy field. As the vibrations ripple through, the body gently exhales bringing relief, inner quiet and a gentle reconnection to the peace and harmony within.

Hi, I’m Emma, the heart and soul behind Moonflower Energy Healing. I am an intuitive, heart-led crystal energy healer and children’s yoga teacher, dedicated to helping people of all ages reconnect with their energy, their inner wisdom, and their true essence, so they can feel more grounded, loved, connected and empowered.

At the heart of everything I do is a strong belief in the connection between mind, body, and soul. By understanding your own energy, emotions, and behaviours, you can begin to heal deeply. This may include clearing stagnant or negative energy, releasing blockages held within the body, and gently raising your vibration.

My intention is always to support you in reconnecting with your heart and soul, reclaiming your power, and remembering who you truly are, while holding yourself and others with love, compassion, forgiveness, and kindness.

In addition to my energy healing work with adults, I also work with children. Teaching children’s yoga is something I find deeply rewarding, and I love witnessing how naturally children respond to mindful movement, meditation, and gentle energetic awareness. These practices help children develop emotional awareness, confidence, and a sense of calm in a supportive and nurturing way.

Smoky Quartz is a powerful stone and has helped me through difficult times, whether it was to process and accept what I was feeling, moving through a time of uncertainty or to protect my energy when I am in certain situations.

When emotions like fear take over, I use it to anchor if it is all too much. I've used it many times when going to my breast cancer check ups just in case irrational thoughts begin to take over or I can't get to a tree.

I've used it to support restless energy when I haven't quite released stuck energy from my body.

I've used it when journaling to support the intense wave of emotions that felt moving through me.

I have used it a lot over the past month and it calls to be used further still as we are transitioning through this ending and moving into the new phase.

Join me for my first Crystal Energy Circle of 2026 - Thursday 12th February at Crystallia, Middlewich, £22 // 6:30-8:30pm ***NEW TIME***

The year of the Snake is coming to an end. We have only a few weeks left to shed and let go of any unwanted energy and negative, repetitive behaviours and beliefs that are clinging on before we move into the year of the Fire Horse.

In this circle, Shake, Shed & Centre, you will have the space and support to dive deep and find the courage to acknowledge and release any stubborn thoughts, behaviour, beliefs and energy. Let's draw upon the energy of the snake to make a final push to show up for yourself.

⭐ We will dance to gently agitate what’s been held, awakening the body and raising our vibration.
⭐ We shake and shed, like the serpent releasing her skin with the intention to loosen our grasp on what we are no longer willing to carry.
⭐ We feel the shift as energy softens and flows.
⭐ Then we ground by anchoring our roots and resting in meditation, where inner wisdom reveals what is ready to be released, allowing us to come home to ourselves.

🧬 Now the integration can start and we can prepare to move forward into a new chapter with renewed motivation, clarity, and trust in the path ahead.

Thank you to everyone who came to my first online event tonight.

The energy was beautiful and mother nature held us in her arms, so our hearts could open and speak. Her wisdom was clear and true as always.

Mother nature has bo expectations of yoy. She puts no pressure on you. She takes you as you are and accepts you. Perhaps it is time we did this for ourselves.

Next time you go for a walk, notice the trees, leaves, air and animals. I observe their unique qualities because you'll notice those qualities reflected back at you. When we accept with compassion, we can love.

Nature is magic and her frequency is strong.

Winter will soon be upon us so we took the time to gather once more to reflect, release and renew.

We called upon nature to teach us how to go within. We used the stillness and quietness of the land to explore our inner landscape in order uncover, acknowledge, love and accept the shadows that had been hidden, suppressed and ignored within.

In doing so we found courage, bravery, wisdom and power which will enable us to move forward and grow.

Last was so beautiful and I thank all who came.

Carnelian is one of my favourites and I love working with. Carnelian is linked to the sacral chakra. She has a powerful feminine energy.

She exudes feminine energy that is loving and kind. When necessary she can bring strength, passion, and power. She can ignite the fire and passion when energies are low; enabling you to cultivate enthusiasm and joy that may have dwindled.

Working with her will awaken, fuel, ignite and connect you with the divine feminine Goddess energies.

She brings love and self-acceptance. She boosts self-confidence, motivates you and stimulates creative flow.

She supports fertility in birthing and growing not only physically a baby but ideas, thoughts and dreams.

She is a good stone for supporting your menstrual cycle and moving through the phases of womanhood.

Autumn is nearly over and Winter will soon be upon us. This brings a time to rest and reflect. Our natural circadian rhythms are beginning to wind down and slow down but external influences are pushing back on this. Yet modern day life starts to push society into a frenzy, it fuels this surge of energy that is being cultivated on fumes. It advocates a need to be busy, a need to squeeze every last moment out of the day.

As Winter approaches and nature shows us how she her energy inward… you may feel the quiet call to do the same but perhaps feel conflicted as whether you should or not.

This season asks us to pause, soften, breathe, and listen to what has been buried and ignored within. You may be be feeling stretched, rushed, exhausted or quietly overwhelmed, and find it difficult to find space to pause and breathe.

If you feeling this way and feel guided to find deeper clarity and inner peace, emotional release, shadow work, or energetic grounding, then I can support you and this space for you, your heart, your shadows, your healing, your truth.

It is something that I am navigating myself and not for the first time. There isn't anything to fear, only something to love.
