incorporate shamanic guidance, plant medicine, spirit animals and sacred sound and song. You can work with me 1:1 in full energy session or I offer powerful mini sessions which are like a taster of what to expect in a full session with me at wellbeing days and my opo up events. In addition to that, I handcraft feather wands using ethically sourced feathers, wood and crystals. I absolutely love working with clients to raise their vibrations, clear stagnant, negative energy and tap into what is causing blockages in the body so they can reclaim and step into their power. I don’t just work with adults, I work with children too through Happy Kids Yoga UK. I find teaching children’s yoga very rewarding and love how they respond to mindful movement and meditation.

Join me for an 8-part Chakra & Crystal Energy Circle, created for those craving deeper connection to themselves, their intuition and a like-minded community. Together we’ll explore the energy of each chakra and the supportive power of crystal pairings, discovering how they can help bring balance, clarity, grounding and emotional healing into everyday life.

We begin by returning to the Root Chakra. It is a powerful energy centre connected to safety, stability, grounding and belonging. It is often one of the first chakras to experience blockages through early life experiences, leaving us feeling disconnected, fearful, insecure or unsettled within ourselves. During this beautiful evening together, we’ll explore these themes with compassion in a safe, supportive space, reconnecting with the foundation of our energy and beginning the journey of healing from the roots upward.

This is a soft space to learn, reflect, share and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been quiet beneath the noise of everyday life. If you feel drawn to crystals, chakra healing, spiritual connection and meaningful community, this circle is for you.

Not just a post about planting seeds 🌱

Over the last five years, I’ve been gently finding my way back to myself after a challenging time in my life.

I’ve spent time understanding who I am, my health, my past experiences and life events and learning how to move through it with more compassion.

And somewhere along the way, I realised how much I had taken nature for granted.
Reconnecting with it has grounded me, slowed me down and taught me how to listen and notice with more attention.

Recently, when life felt overwhelming again, I increased the frequency of these practices: walking, sitting with the trees and watching spring unfold.

And I planted seeds. Something I hadn’t done in years. It brought me such joy and just at the right time.

Within days, they began to sprout.

Now I check on them and care for them each day and I’m reminded how much that reflects the care I need to give myself too.

It’s funny how something so small can bring so much clarity.

Sometimes, it’s the simplest things that guide us back to ourselves.

Last week’s Energy Circle opened a beautifully calm and nurturing space, one where a group of lovely souls could truly relax, share, set intentions, shift energy and gain insight into the challenges and aspirations they’re currently facing.

During this circle, we connected with the spirit animals of the air, exploring the element of air and its link to spirit guides. Together, we discovered the qualities these guides bring to Earth and how we can embody them to support our own journeys. We also worked with a crystal to deepen this connection.

In meditation, we soared through the sky, arriving in a magical space where
we met a spirit guide and received a personal message. A variety of beautiful spirit animals paid us a visit, each offering unique wisdom tailored to the individual.

We were also joined by birdsong throughout the evening which brought an extra little bit of magic to the meditation.

This experience invited us to see things from a new perspective to pause, breathe, and step back from the fast-paced, intense energy of recent weeks. We always make time to reflect and think about how the messages can support us with our next steps. Sometimes, there is more to ponder during the days after the circle as messages become clearer and new integrated energy settles.

I believe this circle brought new motivation, a renewed sense of hope and a quiet excitement for what lies ahead.

The first circle in the series didn't disappoint. It was an uplifting circle in which each person received animal wisdom from a unique land-based spirit animal. It was such a lovely and special evening.

Chapter Two of Spirit Animals, is up next and it is where we leave the solid ground behind and are guided by the uplifting energy of an Air spirit animal ally.

As we move from the grounded wisdom of the Land into the open skies, this circle invites you to connect with an animal guide whose energy offers perspective, clarity, and lightness of being, helping you rise above the everyday and see situations, people and challenges more clearly.

Through guided journeying, you’ll open your mind and awareness as you meet this Air-aligned animal spirit guide, preparing to receive insightful energy transmissions that support freedom, expansion and change.

And of course, working with crystals to elevate our vibration, we’ll deepen this connection and explore how your animal spirit's energy can support transitions, inspire new ideas and encourage freer ways of thinking.
