💌Information & Bookings 🔻 I am an energy worker who provides a range of services including intuitive crystal energy therapy sessions, crystal energy circles, meditations which all incorporate shamanic guidance, plant medicine, spirit animals and sacred sound and song. You can work with me 1:1 in full energy session or I offer powerful mini sessions which are like a taster of what to expect in a full session with me at wellbeing days and my opo up events. In addition to that, I handcraft feather wands using ethically sourced feathers, wood and crystals. I absolutely love working with clients to raise their vibrations, clear stagnant, negative energy and tap into what is causing blockages in the body so they can reclaim and step into their power. I don’t just work with adults, I work with children too through Happy Kids Yoga UK. I find teaching children’s yoga very rewarding and love how they respond to mindful movement and meditation.

Winter will soon be upon us so we took the time to gather once more to reflect, release and renew.

We called upon nature to teach us how to go within. We used the stillness and quietness of the land to explore our inner landscape in order uncover, acknowledge, love and accept the shadows that had been hidden, suppressed and ignored within.

In doing so we found courage, bravery, wisdom and power which will enable us to move forward and grow.

Last was so beautiful and I thank all who came.

Carnelian is one of my favourites and I love working with. Carnelian is linked to the sacral chakra. She has a powerful feminine energy.

She exudes feminine energy that is loving and kind. When necessary she can bring strength, passion, and power. She can ignite the fire and passion when energies are low; enabling you to cultivate enthusiasm and joy that may have dwindled.

Working with her will awaken, fuel, ignite and connect you with the divine feminine Goddess energies.

She brings love and self-acceptance. She boosts self-confidence, motivates you and stimulates creative flow.

She supports fertility in birthing and growing not only physically a baby but ideas, thoughts and dreams.

Autumn is nearly over and Winter will soon be upon us. This brings a time to rest and reflect. Our natural circadian rhythms are beginning to wind down and slow down but external influences are pushing back on this. Yet modern day life starts to push society into a frenzy, it fuels this surge of energy that is being cultivated on fumes. It advocates a need to be busy, a need to squeeze every last moment out of the day.

As Winter approaches and nature shows us how she her energy inward… you may feel the quiet call to do the same but perhaps feel conflicted as whether you should or not.

This season asks us to pause, soften, breathe, and listen to what has been buried and ignored within. You may be be feeling stretched, rushed, exhausted or quietly overwhelmed, and find it difficult to find space to pause and breathe.

If you feeling this way and feel guided to find deeper clarity and inner peace, emotional release, shadow work, or energetic grounding, then I can support you and this space for you, your heart, your shadows, your healing, your truth.

It is something that I am navigating myself and not for the first time. There isn't anything to fear, only something to love.

As Winter approaches, nature draws her energy inward, reminding us of an ancient truth our ancestors lived by: we are meant to slow down too.

While the world pushes us to rush, do more, and run on empty, nature retreats into stillness. The light fades, the cold moves in, and everything pauses. And in this pause, our inner shadows gently rise within asking to be seen, understood, accepted and loved.

Winter isn’t here to shut us down. She’s here to open us up and teaches us how to delve deep with trust and courage.

I have used a lot of amethyst over the last couple of weeks. We had a fab evening using amethyst in my crystal energy circle last week,. I have used her in a few of my wands this time and a lot of people have been drawn to amethyst when visiting my pop up stall.

I am not surprised. It is such a beautiful stone which is often underestimated. Amethyst has very powerful energy when it comes to bringing calm and tranquillity. She creates a very serene atmosphere. I have a lot of amethyst around the house and it really does make a difference to the energy of a room.

Her gentle soothing energy relieves and transmutes negative energy anxiety, stress, sadness, grief, loss and overwhelm promoting inner calm and healing.

She is great to work with in the dreamtime. She helps you to be more present in the dreamtime and to interpret the meaning behind them. She enhances your memory and aids focus so you can see the bigger picture in situations.

She strengthens spiritual wisdom and can enhance psychic abilities as she activates spiritual awareness and guides your intuition. Lady Amethyst works with the third eye and crown chakras.

Remember to set clear, strong intentions when working with amethyst in dream work and psychic work in order to get the most out of your crystal.

I am so pleased that these beautiful wands all found a home over the weekend. I really enjoyed talking to everybody about the wands, feathers and most importantly the ancient tradition behind them.

Each wands is handcrafted and intuitively made, from which feathers go together, to which piece of wood, crystal and cord is to be used. Sometimes, the wands comes together quickly and other times the wands start off one way and organically changes into something different by the end.

It has been so much fun working with new types of feathers and getting to know their energy.

The magpie feathers have been very popular and I will be making some more very soon including some wonderful crow ones as well.

I have been a creative busy bee these last two weeks. I have finished creating new saining/smudging wands.

It's been such a lovely process as I've been working with new feathers and experiencing their different energies.

Silence was needed to create these gorgeous wands which allowed the thoughts and ideas to flow through.

Last night's crystal energy circle was sooooo much fun. Not only was it a lovely catch and share with beautiful souls, it was fun and deep exploration of our intuition and vision.

We allowed the silence and stillness to flow and connected to our intuition and higher selves and deep level.

The visions brought smiles, laughter and tears of joy as well as pertinent and timely messages.

Lady Amethyst supported us with her soothing gentle energy.

We left feeling uplifted and calm with happy and grateful hearts. Thank you.

The mid-autumn energy invites us to find harmony and to balance what we’ve been carrying with us so that we can begin preparing our hearts for the stillness ahead.

Recently, I have been guided to use a lot of Rose Quartz with my clients during my crystal energy healings. Rose Quartz has such a calming and gentle energy which really supports matters of the heart and the heart chakra.

She brings a soft, nurturing feminine energy to whoever needs it; allowing you to feel an abundance of unconditional love.

She is a great companion to support you through family matters, relationships and friendships so that you can open your heart.

She supports you to break negative patterns and beliefs around trust, understanding unconditional love and how to work on forgiveness and compassion.

She is guides you to feel when your heart is heavy through carrying sadness, grief, anger.

Rose quartz is great for the whole family and you can use her in your home to create a calm and soothing atmosphere.

I worked with Rose Quartz a lot through my trying times and I have given this beautiful stone to many souls so they can feel the love.

Never underestimate this beautiful crystal. If you work with her with intent, you will notice the shift.
