💌Information & Bookings 🔻 I am an energy worker who provides a range of services including intuitive crystal energy therapy sessions, crystal energy circles, meditations which all incorporate shamanic guidance, plant medicine, spirit animals and sacred sound and song. You can work with me 1:1 in full energy session or I offer powerful mini sessions which are like a taster of what to expect in a full session with me at wellbeing days and my opo up events. In addition to that, I handcraft feather wands using ethically sourced feathers, wood and crystals. I absolutely love working with clients to raise their vibrations, clear stagnant, negative energy and tap into what is causing blockages in the body so they can reclaim and step into their power. I don’t just work with adults, I work with children too through Happy Kids Yoga UK. I find teaching children’s yoga very rewarding and love how they respond to mindful movement and meditation.

⚡ Fragments of Light⚡

I received a powerful message from my guides today. It brought clarity and direction after the task of shedding and releasing what has been holding me back.

I would like to share a snippet of the guidance with you. I am all about being open and vulnerable as I believe my words and actions match my energy - pure, loving and kind.

Here it goes -

'Alongside the dark, the light rises. Beauty and love will be cracked open for all to see and the fragments of light will shine.

Their brightness will be so overwhelming that at first one beam of light will radiate down, slowly expanding, illuminating the space until there are no shadows left.

Nowhere to hide. Exposed and vulnerable. Searching for love, compassion, forgiveness and kindness.

Love conquers all. Let's create love in abundance together.

When a wave of grief washes over you from out of the blue, it can catch you off a guard. Suddenly you are vulnerable to the world around you and the feeling gets stronger as it permeates through the body.

This week I experienced a huge wave of grief that came out of nowhere. A strong feeling of sadness started to consume my whole being. It was at the most inconvenient time yet it was actually timed to perfection.

I was selling a watch that belonged to my dad. I’ve had it for a while and I never really gave it much thought. But there was an agreement that it had to be sold.

Off I went and all was fine. As soon as the time came to hand over the watch, I realised that I was saying goodbye again and that was suddenly the hardest thing to do.

I am used to this now and honour it when it rises - no shame, no guilt, no judgement. What next? Acknowledge, allow, let go.

I welcomed the emotion and with clear intention and deep breaths, I channelled the energy down to my feet, out into Mother Earth and I grounded . All of which took place with a barrage of memories flooding my mind and having to finish the interaction with the gentlemen helping me.

Once finished, I left with urgency and when I looked up there she was, a beautiful tree, calling out in the rain. I went over and asked her to support me in moving through the rest of the wave of grief - a beautiful exchange and much gratitude.

It was just enough for me to finish my errands and drive home. Not wanting to let any emotions get stuck within, I allowed the last few tears to come until peace took their place.

Another small part of me healed so I can keep my heart open.

Thanks, and , for having us at the Fruit Festival yesterday.

We had a great day and met some familiar faces, which was lovely. 💫

We met lots of friendly souls as well and had a blast talking to you all. We had conversations about energy work, animal energy healing, fossiled rocks, feather wands, and sacred space cleansing, as well as deeper conversations about awakening, timeline shifts, connections to source and spiritual downloads. 🪶🧬

This was taken after my Crystal Energy Circle last night. What a beautiful evening. There was such a gorgeous energy from start to finish.

As each of the beautiful souls spoke and shared feelings and stories, I felt extremely honoured to hold such a safe and sacred space in which everyone could immediately feel safe and secure to share their inner most feelings.

One common theme was that everyone immediately felt seen, welcomed, and happy to be in the presence of such an open and friendly community. The reason these beautiful souls come back each month is the connection, the like-mindedness, and the opportunity to talk, share, be vulnerable and be a part of the community in which there's no judgement, comparison, jealousy or ego, there is only love, compassion, warmth and equality.

Last night, we understood how important it is to shine bright. We invoked the flame to bring us teachings of how it is possible to ignite the flame, glow, and grow alongside each other whilst respecting and encouraging each other to do the same.

There is lots happening behind the scenes at the moment and I'm very excited about everything that is coming up. Here is where you can find me when I am not working with 1:1 clients, creating my feather wands, being in nature and having adventures with my hubby.

Thursday 21st August - Crystal Energy Circle at Coven's Corner, 7-9pm.
We will be delving into the solar plexus chakra. Are you shinning bright, full of passion, motivation, confidence? Or do you feeling lost, lack clarity and direction, comparing yourself to others?

Join me and find out what might be happening in your energy bodies. Take part in meditations, rituals and energy clearing to help you gain perspective, open up and talk to others who are on their journey to understand themselves better.

Saturday 23rd August - Fruit Festival at Primrose Hill Nurseries, 10-4pm,
FREE ENTRY - I'll be here at this Family bank holiday event. I'll be bringing my crystals, feather wands and talking all about Moonflower Energy Healing.

Thursday 18th September - Crystal Energy Circle at Coven's Corner, 7-9pm.
This circle is all about the heart chakra. We will be honouring and opening our hearts with Lady Cacao so that we can uncover anything that is keeping our hearts locked. My last heart chakra circle was so beautiful and I can't wait to hold space for more beautiful souls.

Sunday 21st September - Moonflower Energy Healing Pop Up at Coven's Corner, 10-4pm. I'll be offering my mini moonflower energy healings and group meditations all of which will be working with the Autumnal energies as we move into the season of release, reflection and restoration.
