Rocco's provides specialist care for people in the Warrington area with life limiting illnesses and their families. Our aim is to help everyone have the best quality of life by providing care and support in a friendly, relaxed environment. Our care is free at the point of access but it currently costs over £3.6 million a year to run St. Rocco's with only 22% of that amount coming from central sources. We are reliant on the generosity of the local community to help us to continue to care for our patients and their families. Here's what people say about us:

" The staff are lovely, very caring. They are fun too just like friends, showing empathy and understanding......" "All of my visitors commented on the wonderful atmosphere at St. I explained the secret, it's the staff , they are all wonderful....they make a real difference to people's lives and not many people can say that"

"You gave us strength when we felt weak, you gave us love when we felt down and you gave us comfort to make us feel that we could cope…."

Navigating palliative care can feel overwhelming, but we're here to help. The Warrington Integrated Palliative Care Hub is your first stop for advice and guidance on accessing palliative care and hospice services. Our goal is to make sure you can get the right support, quickly and easily 💚

It also means that, where appropriate, patients can choose to stay at home and receive specialised care from our clinical teams in the community and hospice.

Each year, we rely on the generosity of volunteers to kindly gift us their time 💚

Without our volunteers donating the equivalent of almost £1million in precious time each year, we couldn’t continue to provide the care we do.

Help us to continue to provide free, compassionate care to patients and those important to them by becoming a St. Rocco’s retail volunteer at one of our shops across Warrington.

Visit https://www.stroccos.org.uk/volunteer for more information.
