A visit to the Town Hall today with The Garden Gang Warrington to meet Dave Appleton Councillor for Orford and the Friends of Warrington Town Hall to discuss some upcoming community outreach. We also had a wonderful tour looking at the history of the facility, the mayors parlour and wonderful traditional tea room which you can book for an afternoon tea treat. Big thanks to Dave and the team for hosting us. 👍🏻💜

Saturday was a day of both sadness and celebrations as Steve said farewell, after 23 years of working with MacIntyre, to start his next venture in retirement.
Steve started his journey in Ellesmere Port before moving to Warrington where he has been part of supporting great outcomes with so many people.
Steve said 'the best part of my role is supporting to make a difference, supporting people to make connections that may not happen otherwise'. Steve also said that he has been very lucky to work in a brilliant team and has always felt part of a family and supported in his role.
Steve also commented on the training he has received saying it is 'second to none'.
A HUGE thank you Steve for all your hard work, dedication and commitment over the many years, you will be really missed by so many people.

Melissa Barcoe, based in our North West Hub, is Employee of the Month for Specialist Support Division. Mel brings energy and enthusiasm to everything, from choirs to community events, always going above and beyond for the people we support and her team. A true team player making things better every day.

Woop Woop! MacIntyre are celebrating 60 years this year! We will have a series of events to all get together. Join us for "Wheel Walk Run" on 14th May at Halliwell Jones stadium. Thank you to the amazing team at the learning centre for making the batons. They will be passed around the country to celebrate all the people connected with MacIntyre!
