Last week, Ubique Training Academy proudly delivered another well-received and enjoyable Gaining Awareness in Nuclear (GAIN) training programme on behalf of the National Skills Academy for Nuclear (NSAN).
Building on the Award for Nuclear Industry Awareness qualification, GAIN prepares new entrants for careers in the nuclear industry. It is suitable for all job roles and levels and offers a comprehensive sector overview covering nuclear new build, operations, decommissioning, and the fuel cycle. The programme ensures a thorough understanding of nuclear history, science, and the application of nuclear energy and waste disposal.
This course is carefully crafted to maximise the value of an organisation's investment in recruits, and the GAIN programme can be integrated from the start of their careers. It is available in both online and face-to-face formats.
