In light of recent events, here are a few vitamins/ minerals with links to improved immune function!

-Vitamin D- Decreases susceptibility to infection
Fatty fish (Salmon, Mackerel, Tuna),Red meat, Cheese, Egg yolks, Mushrooms

-Vitamin C- Aids cellular defences and white blood cells
Citrus fruits,Red bell peppers, Broccoli, Spinach, Kiwi

Did you know....Podiatrists can arrange your NHS referral?

A recent new patient presented with intermittent pain when walking.

After carrying out a vascular assessment (as pictured) it was apparent an NHS referral to the vascular team was required to investigate the issue further.

As a result of this referral via Foot Fabulous, the patient was seen by the NHS vascular team within 6 weeks, and the issue resolved.
