My core training is Person-centred and this will thread throughout the work we do together. From the initial appointment we will discuss the focus of the sessions and I will tailor working together to each individual.

Empathy is very important to me. I acknowledge that everyone is different and I strive to understand each individual. I feel privileged to be invited into your life, as together we work through the painful and difficult times.

I am also trauma informed and work with clients who have experienced single, multiple & childhood trauma. These sessions will help to build emotional stability, internal & external safety and coping strategies. For more information please contact me.
