Attended a fantastic CPD refresher course Cheshire Training Academy on lymphatic drainage this week, and it was such a valuable experience. It’s always important to revisit and refine techniques, especially with treatments that require such precision and understanding of the body’s systems.

Continuous professional development plays a huge role in staying up to date with best practices, new research, and evolving approaches. This course not only reinforced my existing knowledge but also introduced new insights that I’m excited to bring into my treatments.
