On Tuesday, we had a client come in for our full MOT. Not for any particular reason, just a general health check. He felt generally well and had no concerns. However, our results flagged a number of issues linked to his liver, and after a short consultation, we advised our client to see his GP for further investigation.
They dropped the results at their GP the following morning and were contacted shortly after and advised to come back in. Because of the results, their GP has now sent our client for an ultrasound scan on the liver.
Without our testing, this could have potentially led to a more serious problem. Luckily with our results, within 24 hours he has now been booked in for a scan, a process that could have taken weeks or even months to arrange through a GP.
