Rosevilla will cater for respite or permanent residency of any time frame. Our dedicated, highly trained, friendly staff attend to each of our clients in an attentive manner, in order to create the best service possible. We focus on person centred care and building relationships with our clients and their families. Rosevilla is situated in Collins Green, Warrington. Surrounded by fields and fresh, green countryside, it is a picturesque setting to be enjoyed. Rosevilla is close to local amenities, as well as the nearby village of Newton-Le-Willows. We often complete arts and crafts, sport, film nights or various entertainers visiting Rosevilla. Rosevilla offers support to families of our clients, and holds Family Forums or informal fun events with both family and client. Happy Friday everyone ☀️ We recently had our very own silent disco with the Silent Disco Therapy and the residents had a ball. Music and dancing, the best therapy ❤️ Thank you for permissions to post these great pics.

Hello all,
Carrying on with our upgrade of the home we are plastering our front porch so our front door is currently inaccessible. We have signs in place to advise you how to enter the building which will be through the night station.

This gorgeous weather has meant that our residents have taken advantage of the gardens and have been planting. A little helper definitely got stuck in! ❤️And cooling off with Riley’s ice creams!

We had an infection control audit on the 31st May carried out by the infection control team. We received the results this week and scored 93% overall. Big well done to the housekeeping team.

People who have visited recently will know we are currently having certain parts of the home plastered. As part of the upgading of the care home the main dining rooms areas will be getting decorated next. For this reason we have changed the rooms around. The cinemas room is a temporary dining room. Sun lounge and dining room 3 are lounge areas.
We can’t wait for the upgrade!

Role and Responsibility

Ensure Residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.

Assist residents in all aspects of their care needs.

Create and follow care plans.

Be able to document information well.

Be responsible for the administration of medications based on the needs of resident.

Supervise staff and delegate shifts.

Rosevilla Residential Home is a family-run company based locally to St Helens and Warrington, we have 43 beds to provide high standard of care for people living with dementia. MONDAY 5PM-10PM, THURSDAY 5PM-10PM, FRIDAY 5PM-10PM as a minimum.

Pay

Starting pay will be £10.85ph. There is a bonus scheme in place this is role dependent on the amount but this could take you hourly rate to £11.25ph. If you already hold NVQ Level 3 we will be paying an extra £0.25ph.

Our Story

Surrounded by rolling hills and fresh, green countryside, it is a picturesque setting to be enjoyed. Rosevilla is close to local amenities, as well as the nearby village of Newton-Le-Willows. Activities are important at Rosevilla. We enjoy themed weeks such as the Seaside, disco and Western Week, where we celebrate and reminisce around the subject. The residents and visitors are encouraged to participate and have fun. Tea Dances, SONAS, arts and crafts, donkey visits, various entertainers visiting Rosevilla are also some of the other activities we enjoy. We have partnered up with Warrington Wolves and the Saints rugby teams to enable our residents to enjoy sport in the community and be part of the wider sporting family locally.

We have good links with our local schools and we are a member of the St Helens chamber, offering us opportunities to be part of the local communities and access to local residents who may wish to join our team of staff. Rosevilla offers support to families of our clients, and holds Family Forums or informal fun events with both family and client. We are always on hand to talk to and support visitors and help with any problems or just for a chat.
