Support Worker – Ellesmere Port
Integra people are looking to recruit a Support Worker based at a brand new site in Ellesmere Port working with children and young adults with autism and learning disabilities.
My client is looking for people for days and nights, please note that on the day shift you are required to do 2 sleep ins a week paid at a fee of £70 per sleep in.
Duties include:
-The house is made up of 3 children aged 11-17, the house also has an annex build onto the house, this is where 2 young adults will be based, and they are aged 17-25
-Pay grade is £9.03 per hour, however the pay rate will be going up in April (We are still awaiting rates from the client)
-No personal care for the patients, just prompting
-Taking part in activities with the children, taking them out on walks/activities during the week and weekend and also taking the patients away on weekend breaks a couple of times a year
- Experience of working with children or adults with autism or learning disabilities is essential
-Your contracted hours are 37.5 a week
