โœจ Meet Debbie โ€“ proof that mindset changes everything โœจ

This is Debbie from our Wednesday 6pm group at Alford Sports, Manchester Road. Sheโ€™s lost almost 3 stone โ€“ and even inspired her husband to lose weight too ๐Ÿ‘

Whatโ€™s made the difference?
Debbie says itโ€™s all down to a shift in mindset:

๐Ÿ’ญ โ€œBefore, if I knew I was going out in the evening, Iโ€™d eat all day leading up to it. Now, I just eat normally โ€“ but make small swaps so I can flex my calories.โ€

She also admitted that when she attended SW, her โ€œpost-weigh-in treatโ€ was always the chippy ๐ŸŸ โ€“ a blow-out after a week of restriction. Sound familiar?

You don't have to live on chicken breast and meat to increase your protein. Nor do you need to use expensive protein shakes and bars, or rely on protein enhanced products.

Here's what I ate today to hit my goal of 120g of protein within 1600 calories.

๐ŸฅฃBreakfast: Greek yogurt, berries, flaxseed and pumpkin seeds.

๐Ÿฅ—Lunch: Tuna, edamame beans and quinoa.

๐Ÿฅ˜Dinner: Halloumi, lentils and roast vegetables with tahini dressing.

๐Ÿง€Snacks: 1 mini Babybel, 1 boiled egg & 2 oat cakes.

Really food, healthy and balanced. Above all, tasty too!
