🫀 FREE First Aid Course – This Wednesday in Lymm! 🫀

Could you save a life in an emergency? Come along to our FREE Heartstart first aid session this Wednesday at 6:30pm at Safety Central, Lymm.

🧠 You’ll learn how to:
✔ Spot the signs of a heart attack
✔ Perform CPR and use a defib
✔ Help someone who's choking or unconscious
✔ Feel confident in an emergency

This practical, hands-on course is delivered by Heartstart Lymm, your local first aid charity – helping our community stay safe and save lives. ❤️
