A gorgeous morning with my lovely baby massage group 🥰 I keep my classes intimate as I find it creates a more calming atmosphere for massage and also a lovely dynamic for all chatting and getting to know each other as a group 💜

Slowly working up to a full body massage, today we covered the tummy strokes and leg massage techniques 👶🏼 all happy, sleepy babies after massage 🥰

Gorgeous start to my latest baby massage course today! We had a couple of siblings join us today too 💕 My little girl (unknowingly 🤣) donated a few toys to help keep them entertained along with some dolls so they can join in on the massage too!

🌟 This class is now full 🌟 so excited to meet my lovely new mummies and see those again who are returning with their new additions 🥰
So sorry for those who I couldn’t fit on this course, I do like to keep my classes small and intimate as I feel like mums and babies get more out of a chilled non chaotic class ☺️

🌟 Baby Yoga is baaaack! 🌟
It’s been so long since I ran my baby yoga classes, the perfect follow on course for after baby massage.
I had a lovely morning today with my gorgeous yoga babes who had lots of fun completing some gentle stretches and yoga positions 🧘‍♀️
Baby yoga is all about having fun and you can see a snippet of that below 😆🥰❣️
