Back from a wonderful few days celebrating the Spring Equinox in Glastonbury then North Devon where Sprung has truly sprung.

We’re celebrating the awakening of Spring energy in our classes this week working with the core and Manipura chakra -

Monday and Friday 130pm Gentle & Therapeutic at Stockton Heath

Monday 630pm dynamic Hatha yoga at Grappenhall

Wednesday 630pm Hatha flow at Stockton Heath

FRIDAY 6th MARCH 2026

Well… that was a week.

A few twists.
A few moments that made you roll your eyes.
Maybe even a couple that knocked the wind out of you.
For some of you it’s just been busy.
For others… it’s been heavier than that.

So wherever you find yourself today, whether you’re ready to laugh, ready to let your hair down a little,or just ready to breathe and sit quietly for a while... that’s okay.

But if this weekend ends up
a little wild,
a little louder,
or slightly more feral than usual…
honestly?
After a week like that
I think you've earned it. 🌿
