What an amazing achievement today, my lovely client Amy smashed her London marathon after suffering with glute tendon issues and ITB syndrome, with the help of shockwave therapy a specific exercise plan, she’s done absolutely amazing and completed it with no pain!

As we welcome in 2026 I would like to thank all my amazing clients for all their trust and support throughout 2025. It has been a privilege to care for you all on your health journey, there’s been some sad times, laughing so hard we would cry times and overall some heartfelt times we have shared together. I really appreciate each and every one of you for continuing with me.
