Itās crazy how many people who come to me for help because their overweight, unhealthy and need to drop body fat for their healthā¦
Who will say their nutrition isnāt bad or itās actually ok
This isnāt their fault, they just lack education at the moment with their nutrition which has been massively messed up from following diets, poorly educated personal trainers and the snakes who sell programs on here (who most arenāt even qualified)
They become desperate for results and follow everything which claims to work⦠even the stuff promising life changing results in 7 days or something
