Week 4 Review and Results š
So Iāve been on my plan now for 4 weeks and Iām documenting it to my own clients and the clients at the gym I work at
Iām doing this for a few reasonsā¦
šØš»āš¦°For me and to make myself feel better in the one body I have because even us coaches have goals and moments. I have my goals and theyāre set. The only person who will stop me getting them is me
I work 50 hour weeks without traveling to work, I have dad and family responsibilities to juggle
Then I have to find the time for me and my health, itās not easy
ā¤ļø For my family because they deserve the best me from being healthy, fit enough to run around after them, confident enough to do things with them like swimming or anything like that
š¤ For my clients because itās important for them to see that you can get healthy without giving any foods up and without training every day
Thereās more to life than the gym but doing it with the gym involved and with a better understanding of nutrition makes life so much better
