Its not the real reason you’re trying to get healthy

It’s not the weight that runs around in your head I bet…

I would put my money on it’s how it’s now affecting your

When someone comes to me for help with their goals

This is something we always do

I speak to people who are looking to lose weight and they will say my food isn’t too bad…

But they can’t lose weight and don’t shift the body fat

When I ask them what a day looks like food wise..

They don’t really know

And you can’t fix what you don’t know

For the next 2-3 days, track everything that goes into your mouth and the reflect back to see how your food actually is

If you’re not losing weight, I bet it’s your nutrition and your day to day habits which need work

10.8lbs Down In 8 Weeks

8 weeks ago I decided to do the 6 week challenge and give myself a little kick up the bum while also showing the clients how this doesn’t have to be a crazy diet or fad

I set a plan, used a method I use in the Reset Method to keep the plan simple and aimed to win more days than I lost

I’ve not trained everyday or even ran a km

Yet my body fat is down, 10.8lbs down and feel so much better all around both body and mind
