Facial lymphatic drainage isn’t just relaxing, it helps reduce puffiness and support circulation. Not only for physical benefits but supporting the internal physiological system.

Using gentle, rhythmic movements, this technique encourages the natural flow of lymphatic fluid. Perfect for morning swelling, post-treatment recovery.

The perfect add on to your full body lymphatic drainage, supporting the system from head to toe.

Benefits may include:
💧 Reduced puffiness
✨ Brighter-looking skin
🌿 Improved circulation
🪞 More defined facial contours
😌 Deep relaxation

Gua Sha often called “scraping” or IASTM isn’t just a skincare trend. It’s a time tested technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that’s just as powerful for your muscles as it is for your glow ✨

Using a smooth tool such as Jade stone, horn or my personal favourite a soup spoon. Gua Sha involves deliberate strokes along the skin to stimulate circulation and release built up tension. While many love it for sculpting the face and reducing puffiness, its real magic often shows up deeper in the muscles.

Think:
✨relieving tight shoulders and neck stiffness
✨easing muscle knots and fascia restriction
✨improving mobility and range of motion
✨supporting recovery after workouts
✨reducing tension headaches caused by muscle strain

By increasing blood flow to targeted areas, Gua Sha helps your body naturally repair and reset, making it especially helpful if you spend long hours at a desk or carry stress in your upper body.

It might look harsh, it can make a real difference in how your body feels day to day.

Less tension. More movement. Better recovery.

Have you used Gua Sha beyond skincare?

Moxa is a dried herb called mugwort that’s burned near a specific acupuncture point called BL67, located on the outer corner of the little toe. The heat is applied for about 15 minutes, typically once or twice a day for several days.

This is a common practice used to help turn a breech baby to head down position.
*Always consult your midwife and seek a trained professional, you can be taught how to safely carry out at home for most effective results.

You can have roughly 500-800 lymph nodes in your body, the amount varies from person to person. But what do your lymph nodes actually do?

Think of them as tiny security checkpoints spread throughout your body. As lymph fluid flows through them, they filter out harmful invaders like bacteria and viruses. Inside each lymph node are powerful immune cells; B cells and T cells, that identify and attack anything that shouldn’t be there.
B Cells: These produce the antibodies that latch onto germs and mark them for destruction.
T Cells: These take a more direct role, helping coordinate the immune response

When you’re fighting an infection, your lymph nodes can swell because they’re working overtime to produce more immune cells. That’s why you might feel tender lumps in your neck, armpits, or groin when you’re sick.

There’s something incredibly meaningful about seeing a familiar face walk back through the door 💚

When clients return and even more so when they recommend me to others, it’s more than just support for a business. It’s trust. It’s connection. It’s knowing that what I do has made a real difference in someone’s life.

I never take that lightly. Every session, every conversation, every referral reminds me why I started this in the first place.

To everyone who has come back, sent a friend, or even just spoken a kind word thank you! It truly means more than you know. ✨

Ever heard of auricular acupuncture?

This treatment focuses on stimulating specific points on the ear that correspond to different parts of the body. Think of the ear as a mini map of your entire system. By targeting these points, we aim to support relaxation, reduce stress, and even help with things like pain management or sleep.

Many people love it because it’s gentle, quick, and doesn’t require full body treatment, just a few tiny needles (or even seeds which you may of heard of) placed on the ear.

If you’re curious about holistic wellness or looking for a new way to unwind, auricular acupuncture might be worth exploring.

Ever feel tight, stiff, or like your muscles just won’t relax no matter how much you stretch? That’s where myofascial release comes in.

This powerful technique focuses on releasing tension in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. When fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can lead to pain, limited movement, and discomfort.

Benefits of Myofascial Release:
✨Relieves muscle tightness and chronic pain
✨Improves flexibility and range of motion
✨Enhances recovery after workouts
✨Reduces stress and promotes relaxation
✨Supports better posture and body alignment

Whether you’re an athlete, desk worker, or just someone dealing with everyday aches, myofascial release can help your body move and feel better.

Your lymphatic system is one of the most overlooked parts of your body but it plays a HUGE role in your health!

75% of the bodies lymph drains at the subclavian lymph nodes. Around your chest, underarms, and breasts, you have a dense network of lymph nodes and vessels. These areas act like your body’s natural drainage and defense system; removing waste, support your immune system, and keep fluid moving properly.

Something many people don’t realise
Tight clothing especially underwired bras, can put constant pressure on lymph vessels around the breasts and underarms. Over time, this may restrict natural lymph flow, particularly if the bra is too tight or worn for long periods of time.

When lymph flow becomes sluggish, you might notice:
• Swelling or puffiness
• Tenderness in the chest or underarms
• A feeling of heaviness or congestion
• Skin changes or breakouts

Simple habits can help support healthy lymph flow:
✨ Lymphatic drainage massage
✨ Movement and stretching
✨ Deep breathing
✨ Staying hydrated
✨ Opt for wireless bras

Taking care of your lymphatic system isn’t just about detox it’s about supporting your body’s natural balance and health .

Unlock Balance with the “Four Gates”

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the “Four Gates” is a powerful combination of acupuncture points known for promoting the smooth flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body. 🌿

These points are located on the hands and feet, they work together to:
✨Relieve stress and emotional tension
✨Improve circulation and energy flow
✨Support pain relief throughout the body
✨Restore internal balance and harmony

Often used in treatments for headaches, anxiety, and overall stagnation, activating the Four Gates can feel like opening pathways that allow your body to reset and rebalance naturally.

Think of it as hitting the “refresh” button for your mind and body.
