In Chinese medicine the liver ensures everything flows smoothly both physically & emotionally. When qi becomes stagnant it can cause bloating & acid reflux. You can also feel stressed and irritable, anger can also negatively affect and manifest in the liver.
The liver cleanses the blood; liver blood deficiency symptoms can include, indecisiveness, feeling insecure & anxious.
We can help strengthen liver qi by making sure we get to bed early asleep for 10pm so that you’re in a deep sleep during the livers most active hours 1-3am. The liver can then detox, cleanse the blood and aid your recovery.
