IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) helps reduce emotional distress by changing how the brain stores memories and emotional responses. It is effective for trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem and identity issues. By using eye movements, IEMT can create rapid, lasting change without clients needing to relive painful experiences in detail.
In our work, we use IEMT gently and collaboratively, tailoring sessions to each client’s needs, pace, safety, and therapeutic goals.
